The South Jersey Transportation Authority is seeking bids for up to three brand‑new Ford F‑650 chassis regular‑cab “Attenuator Impact” vehicles (2026 model year or equivalent). The contractor must deliver fully assembled, factory‑equipped trucks complete with a Scorpion II TL‑3 Truck‑Mounted Attenuator, arrow‑board, lighting, solar panel, and all required documentation (operations, parts, and service manuals). Delivery is to the SJTA Central Maintenance Yard in Hammonton, NJ, with a requirement to provide a certified‑scale weight receipt (minimum 20,000 lb total) and to comply with extensive New Jersey insurance, warranty, equal‑opportunity, and certification requirements (e.g., non‑debarring, non‑involvement in prohibited activities, etc.).
• Provide up to three fully‑configured Ford F‑650 attenuator trucks, including all OEM equipment, lighting, solar‑panel, and Scorpion II TL‑3 TMA device.
• Deliver vehicles to SJTA’s Hammonton yard, pre‑fuelled (½‑tank) and accompanied by complete manuals and inspection packages.
• Meet stringent insurance, warranty, equal‑employment, small‑business set‑aside, and various certification (e.g., OFAC, Iran, Russia/Belarus) requirements.
• Submit electronic bids via the Bid Express portal, with a bid bond of 10 % of total price (capped at $20,000) and all required documentation uploaded.
