The California Department of Social Services is seeking a vendor to provide, deliver, install, train on, and maintain two RISO high‑capacity production printers (Model ComColor GL7430) at two state locations, along with accessories, consumables, a 12‑month warranty, and ongoing support. This solicitation is a price‑only RFQ; the award will go to the lowest‑priced responsive bidder.
• Supply of two RISO ComColor GL7430 printers plus high‑capacity feeders, stackers, power cables, OEM consumables, and controller software.
• Delivery, installation, network integration, and functional testing at two California DSS sites (Clovis and Sacramento).
• On‑site end‑user training (minimum two sessions) with printed/e‑digital materials.
• Quarterly preventive maintenance, parts replacement, firmware updates, and 48‑hour on‑site repair response.
• Minimum 12‑month warranty covering parts, labor, and on‑site service; ongoing technical support via phone and email.
