The United States Navy is soliciting proposals for the procurement of a 1 1/2 inch 90 degree, 700 PSI Elbow, in accordance with Newport News Drawing 257003, piece 128. The elbow must be made of material that meets the requirements of MIL-C-15726, alloy C71500 or MIL-C-24679, alloy C71500. The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance certifying that the items/components furnished under this contract comply with the requirements of the procurement document. The contract also requires the contractor to maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001, and to provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with the calibration system requirements of ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025.
