The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC) is seeking bids for the replacement of the waterline underground heat loop at Ware State Prison in Waycross, Georgia. The project includes the replacement of heating and domestic hot water boilers, air-cooled chillers, and all associated piping, pumps, and appurtenances. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on December 17, 2025, at 10:30 AM. Bidders must submit their bids via the e-Builder project management system.
