Description
The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide professional surveying services by registered professional land surveyors (RPLS) on a rotation basis. The selected firms will be responsible for preparing surveys, design plans, specifications, and estimates for proposed projects. The contract will be issued for a two-year term with one option for a two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030.
• The scope of work includes surveying services for proposed projects.
• The contract will be awarded based on demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and a statement of qualifications.
• The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
• Formal questions related to the RFQ must be submitted through Cit-E-Bid no later than August 7, 2026.
