Description
The City of Austin is seeking bids for pest control services at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with optional extensions. The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services, including inspections, treatments, and prevention of pest infestations. The contractor must comply with the City's Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan and use environmentally sound methods whenever possible.
• The contractor must provide a monthly price for targeted pests, inspections, and all labor and materials.
• The contractor must respond to emergency requests within 1 hour and be onsite within 2 hours.
• The contractor must provide a complete emergency cost estimate with an estimated completion time.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and City ordinances.
• The contractor must maintain accurate records of all services provided and submit monthly invoices.
• The contractor must attend quarterly meetings with the City to review work progress and address any issues.
