The City of Norfolk is seeking a responsible vendor to provide exclusive rights to provide beverage service within various city facilities, including Attucks Theatre, Harrison Opera House, Chrysler Hall, Scope Arena, and Scope Arena Exhibition Hall. The selected vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive operational service, including equipment, products, and marketing support. The contract term is five years, with the option for two additional five-year periods. The city is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality beverages, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing exclusive drink "fountain" beverage pouring rights in the specified facilities • Providing products for various vending machines • Installing and maintaining equipment, including fountain beverage machines and beverage merchandising coolers • Offering a variety of popular carbonated and non-carbonated beverages • Working collaboratively with the city's exclusive food and beverage contractor • Providing financial support and competitive pricing for all fountain and bottled beverages • Developing an annual marketing plan to promote the beverages and support events at the facilities
