Calibration of Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment

The U.S. Marine Corps Installation Pacific (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is seeking sources to provide calibration services for Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). The contractor will be responsible for performing off-site calibration services, including bi-annual calibration, end-to-end shipping and logistics management, detailed reporting, and administrative support services. The contract will have a base year of 12 months, with three one-year option periods. The estimated value of the contract is approximately $65,000 per year. • The contractor must have experience in calibrating TMDE equipment • The contractor must have a working relationship with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for equipment that requires calibration • The contractor must provide certifications, including NIST and OEM certifications • The contractor must have a quality control plan in place to ensure accurate and reliable calibration services
