Loras Blvd and Locust St Storm Sewer Reconstruction Project

The City of Dubuque is seeking bids for the Loras Blvd and Locust St Storm Sewer Reconstruction Project. The project involves replacing approximately 375 feet of storm sewer beneath Loras Blvd and reconstructing the full width of pavement from the intersection of Loras Blvd and Locust St eastward to Main Street. The project also includes reconstructing all pedestrian ramps within the limits to meet current ADA standards. • The project requires the contractor to commence work within 10 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued and to be fully completed by July 17, 2026. • The contractor must provide a Bid security in the amount of 10% of the contract amount. • The City of Dubuque reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • A pre-bid construction conference will be held on April 30, 2026, at 10:30 AM, which is highly recommended but not mandatory.
