Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract ceiling. Based on comparable NYC bridge rehabilitation projects, a 608‑day schedule covering concrete repairs, bearing replacement, hazardous‑material abatement, and anti‑graffiti coating typically ranges from $5 million to $15 million, depending on material costs, labor rates, and the extent of lead/asbestos remediation. The lower bound assumes minimal unforeseen conditions; the upper bound accounts for full remediation and premium materials.
