Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking proposals to renew its Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offering. The selected contractor will provide services to meet the MHBE's Information Technology requirements, including creating multiple environments for systems and applications development, integration, User Acceptance Testing, training, staging, and production. The contractor will also provide recommendations for cost savings and pricing for AWS support plans.
• The scope of work includes providing AWS product categories such as Compute, Machine Learning, Containers, Storage, Database, Migration and Transfer, Networking and Content Delivery, Analytics, Security, Identity and Compliance, Developer Tools, Customer Enablement, AWS Cost Management, Management and Governance, End User Computing, and AWS Marketplace.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing all services and meeting all requirements requested in the solicitation.
• The contract will be for a base period of three years with two option years.
• The MHBE intends to make a single award as a result of this RFP.
