Request for Qualifications - Professional Engineering Services

The City of Edinburg is seeking to retain a rotation list of qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services on an as-needed basis for various capital improvement projects and city programs. The contract will be for a term of two years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2028. The selected firm(s) will report to and operate under the direction of the City of Edinburg's Department of Engineering staff.
