Southwest Water Main Loop

This opportunity involves the design‑build of a water main expansion and associated road reconstruction in Novi, Michigan. The City of Novi is seeking qualified contractors to install new water mains, remove and replace pavement, and construct concrete sidewalks as part of a larger infrastructure upgrade. The work includes both civil and utility components and will be funded with local municipal funds. • Install 2,700 ft of 12″ CI water main and 12,500 ft of 14″ HDPE water main. • Remove approximately 6,990 sq yd of existing pavement and replace with 1,640 tons of hot‑mix asphalt. • Construct about 1,690 sq ft of new concrete sidewalk. • Project financed entirely with local funds; bidders must submit bid security and adhere to strict non‑withdrawal periods.
