Furnish and Deliver Lubricating Oil for Power Plant Gas Turbines

The City of Pasadena is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver lubricating oil for power plant gas turbines. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality lubricating oil specifically formulated for use in gas turbines at the Pasadena Power Plant. The scope of work includes delivering the lubricating oil to the designated facility within the City of Pasadena. The contract resulting from this proposal is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026, and end on June 1, 2029. Some key requirements for the lubricating oil include: • Meeting or exceeding API Service Category requirements • Meeting the lubrication requirements for gas turbines as specified by the manufacturer • Being compatible with the existing equipment • Being supplied in 55-gallon drums unless specified otherwise The vendor shall also provide certification of quality and performance for each batch of oil supplied, including test results and compliance with industry standards.
