The Tarrant Regional Water District is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide right-of-way acquisition support and management services for its CC Rehabilitation project. The selected company will be responsible for coordinating with the District's Real Property Staff, preparing and mailing written offers for easement acquisition, and attending meetings at District headquarters. The project involves acquiring temporary construction easements and permanent access easements from landowners along the pipeline route. The key requirements include: • Coordination of TCE acquisition activities with TRWD Real Property Staff • Preparation and mailing of written offers for easement acquisition • Telephone and in-person contact with landowners to discuss the project • Assistance with preparation of necessary documentation for legal action • Preparation of monthly status reports • Attendance at meetings at District headquarters The proposal submission requirements include providing experience and qualifications, project team and management information, references, and a fee proposal. The evaluation criteria include experience, expertise, and qualifications of the firm and key personnel, proposed fees, project management approach, and references from similar projects.
