Park on North Scott & Street Improvements

The City of Missoula is soliciting competitive bids for the construction of the Park on North Scott and Street Improvements. The project consists of demolition, grading, and the installation of various infrastructure, including curb and gutter, sidewalk, trails, and utilities. The project also includes the construction of a sports court, fenced dog park, park pavilion, and bathroom. The City of Missoula will only receive electronic bids through QuestCDN VirtuBid. Interested parties may view the Project Plans and Specs at no cost on the QuestCDN website prior to deciding to become a plan holder. • The project requires registration with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI) and compliance with the City of Missoula’s Affirmative Action Policy. • The contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of various criteria, including race, ancestry, color, and sex. • The contractor must provide insurance, as required, and a certificate of that insurance. • The City of Missoula reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received and to waive informalities.
