Mystic & Noank Library Park Project

The State of Connecticut’s Department of Administrative Services is seeking qualified vendors to execute Phase 1 of the Mystic & Noank Library Landscape Master Plan. The work includes comprehensive site development and landscaping services such as installation and maintenance of construction entrance, erosion and sediment controls, clearing and grubbing, selective demolition, site lighting, underground utilities, storm‑water drainage, asphalt paving, precast concrete curbing, exposed‑aggregate sidewalks, concrete and stone stairs, dry‑laid stone walls, metal handrails, and planting of native trees, shrubs, and perennials as detailed in the contract documents. This is a large‑scale public‑sector construction and landscaping contract requiring coordination with municipal utilities and adherence to state procurement rules. • Scope covers full site preparation, utility installation, hard‑scape construction, and soft‑scape planting. • Requires compliance with CT state construction standards, safety, and environmental regulations. • All vendors must be pre‑qualified and able to deliver materials, labor, and equipment for a multi‑disciplinary project. • Delivery term is FOB‑Destination; payment terms are vendor‑specified. • Project location: Mystic and Noank, Connecticut (Hartford‑based agency).
