Provide services for supply, installation and commissioning of fountains

The U.S. Embassy in New Delhi is seeking a contractor to provide services for the supply, installation, and commissioning of fountains. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing all materials required for the project. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining discipline at the site, taking precautions to prevent unlawful conduct, and ensuring the preservation of peace and protection of persons and property. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the contractor will be required to complete the work within 40 working days. • The contractor must provide a detailed construction schedule and submit it to the Contracting Officer within 5 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed. • The contractor must maintain a current marked set of contract drawings and specifications at the project site. • The contractor must provide a complete set of "as-built" drawings and record shop drawings after final completion of the work. • The contractor must comply with all local labor laws, regulations, customs, and practices. • The contractor must provide an English-speaking supervisor on site at all times.
