Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the Da Vinci Surgical System(s) located at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, tools, diagnostic equipment, software updates, and OEM-certified replacement parts necessary to perform routine preventive maintenance inspections, unscheduled corrective maintenance and emergency repair services, and system software updates.
• The contractor must have authorized access to proprietary tools and OEM parts required to maintain the Da Vinci systems in accordance with FDA and OEM specifications.
• The contractor must be able to provide official OEM maintenance services, certified replacement parts, proprietary software updates, and factory-trained technicians.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Intuitive Surgical, Inc. or have a formal agreement with the OEM to provide these services.
