The City of Manchester is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the three‑year (triennial) AHERA asbestos re‑inspection for twenty school facilities, including all auxiliary structures such as portables and modular units. The work must be completed within the summer window when schools are vacant, adhering to strict safety, background‑check, and insurance requirements. The contractor will be responsible for site reviews, sampling, laboratory analysis, reporting, and any corrective actions, while coordinating closely with school administrators to avoid conflicts with summer programs.
