RFP Harbor Engineer - 2023

The Borough of Atlantic Highlands seeks a qualified Harbor Commission Engineer (or engineering firm) to provide municipal and waterfront engineering services for the 2023 calendar year. The role includes design, permitting, construction‑phase oversight, regulatory liaison (including CAFRA filings), records management, and participation in Harbor Commission meetings. Candidates must be a registered Professional Engineer with at least eight years of municipal waterfront experience, supported by a firm capable of staffing the engagement.
