Presidential Library Ticketing System

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is seeking a ticketing system for the Presidential Libraries. The system should be able to handle ticket sales, data warehouse, and employee scheduling. The system should also be able to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and provide reports in XML format. The contractor will be responsible for providing all hardware and software components necessary to operate the system. The period of performance will consist of a base year and four option years. • The system should be able to handle ticket sales for multiple libraries and museums. • The system should be able to provide reports on ticket sales and revenue. • The system should be able to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. • The system should be able to provide a user-friendly interface for customers to purchase tickets. • The system should be able to handle group reservations and provide a way for customers to reserve tickets for multiple people. • The system should be able to provide a way for customers to collect donations when purchasing tickets. • The system should be able to provide a way for customers to check-in using their barcode with a unique identifier number. • The system should be able to provide point-of-sale services and back office order management capabilities. • The system should be able to provide search and reporting capabilities. • The system should be able to provide system configurations and notices to external users. • The system should be able to provide online training and access to a training repository.
