The County of Gwinnett is seeking a vendor to provide eight (8) Mil‑Spec night‑vision goggles (Katana‑M) and eight (8) compatible NVG mounts, together with a comprehensive three‑year on‑site service plan that includes annual maintenance, training, and repairs. The vendor must deliver the equipment F.O.B. to the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office, furnish all required insurance certificates, and complete required contractor affidavits and non‑collusion certifications. No budget is disclosed; the vendor must price the full package inclusive of delivery and service.
• Supply 8 night‑vision goggles (Katana‑M) and 8 Dovetail mounts, meeting or exceeding Mil‑Spec requirements.
• Provide a 3‑year on‑site service plan with annual visits for functional checks, collimation, cleaning, nitrogen purge, and user training.
• Deliver equipment to the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office and furnish extensive insurance coverage (CGL, auto, workers’ comp, cyber, umbrella, etc.) with Gwinnett County as additional insured.
