Partnership for ADU Development (PAD) Partner

The City of Seattle’s Office of Planning and Community Development is seeking qualified nonprofit partners to pilot the Partnership for ADU Development (PAD) model, which helps low‑ and moderate‑income homeowners add two accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to their lots. Selected partners will receive up to $50,000 for Phase 1 to refine program design, build internal capacity, and support outreach, with the possibility of future construction funding in Phase 2.
