Description
The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Aviation Logistics Center (ALC) is seeking to award a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation for the procurement of the Automatic Flight Control System (AFCS) Control Panel used on the MH-60T Aircraft. The contract will consist of a one-year base period and two one-year option periods. The Control Panel must be supplied by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and have clear traceability to the OEM. The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause 52.246-15. Only new, approved parts will be accepted, and no alternate part numbers will be considered.
Key requirements include:
• The Control Panel must be used on the MH-60T Aircraft
• The contractor must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an approved distributor
• The Control Panel must have clear traceability to the OEM
• The contractor must provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) in accordance with FAR clause 52.246-15
• Only new, approved parts will be accepted
• No alternate part numbers will be considered
