Description
This RFI seeks market research on providing a self‑contained, expeditionary Base Life Support (BLS) package for approximately 100 U.S. Army personnel in Cambodia, plus phased facility‑rehabilitation upgrades of existing training‑center infrastructure. The effort includes delivering mobile billeting tents, 24/7 power generation, water storage and distribution, waste management, latrines, showers, and associated logistics, as well as three upgrade options (3‑month rapid, 6‑month intermediate, 12‑month full) for permanent facilities such as barracks, dining halls, classrooms, and medical stations. Vendors are asked to supply Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates, schedule assessments, and capability statements; no contract award or funding is guaranteed.
• Expeditionary BLS support for 24 continuous days (Feb‑Mar 2027) covering 100 personnel.
• Three optional facility‑upgrade packages (3, 6, 12 months) covering structural, MEP, and environmental remediation work.
• Mandatory submission of cost and capability data by 30 Sept 2026; questions due by 25 Sept 2026; no guarantee of award.
