Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, is seeking to purchase Rubrik software and related services for data protection, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience. The required items include Rubrik Professional Services, Rubrik Security Cloud, and various hardware components. The contractor must be an authorized dealer or reseller for the proposed supplies and services. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous to the Government.
• The contractor must provide proof of authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) at the time of offer submission.
• The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) clauses incorporated by reference.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for all items.
• The contractor must deliver the items to the specified location within the required timeframe.
