Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide Brass suite software maintenance for a period of 12 months, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications and to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
• The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
