RFQ for Construction Services

The US Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery is seeking to develop and maintain a list of prequalified prime construction contractors and vendors to perform reconstruction, rehabilitation, demolition, and elevation or other mitigation services in connection with the administration of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (“CDBG-DR”) Programs. The scope of work includes: • Reconstruction • Rehabilitation • Demolition • Elevation or other mitigation services Respondents must fulfill the submittal requirements of the RFQ to be considered.
