LEASING OF HYBRID ENGINE SUVS

The State of Hawaii, Department of Health is seeking bids for the leasing of hybrid engine SUVs. The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to enter into an agreement with professional service providers who are experienced in acquisition, leasing, and maintenance. The IFB will address factors such as multiple vehicle acquisition, leasing options, interest rates, and maintenance for State Vehicles. The State of Hawaii currently has over forty-five vehicles that will need to be replaced, and they are interested in receiving bids for the replacement of up to fifteen vehicles. • The lease agreement should include all costs associated with acquisition, leasing, and maintenance. • The offeror's bid shall respond to and include all items specified in this IFB and any subsequent addendum. • The offeror must submit unit prices for proposed vehicles. • The offeror must upload the following: Offer Forms OF-1 & OF-2, company bid with all the information requested in this IFB, and a copy of a blank lease agreement for review.
