Janitorial Services - Eldon

The State of Missouri is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the state-leased building located at 6 Industrial Drive, Eldon, Missouri. The contractor will be responsible for providing evening janitorial services, including daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for the building and its occupants. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for the state agency to add or delete buildings or areas from the contract. The contractor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 7,608 square feet. Some key tasks and requirements include: * Providing all necessary equipment, supplies, and labor to perform the services * Performing daily tasks such as emptying trash, cleaning glass surfaces, and mopping floors * Performing weekly tasks such as washing wastebaskets and cleaning restroom walls * Performing monthly tasks such as machine scrubbing floors and cleaning glass surfaces * Providing a working supervisor/contact person who resides within 45 miles of the building * Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental preferences and worker safety
