NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE-SOURCE - ABB, INC

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire specific items from ABB Inc. The required items include four ABB ACS5000 Converters and two Specialtrasfo Converter Transformers, along with all documented control devices and equipment. NASA is seeking to acquire these items as commercial items using FAR Part 12.
