Green Acres & Quality Way Pump Station Upgrades

This project involves a comprehensive upgrade of two 500‑gallon‑per‑minute wastewater pump stations in Ware Shoals, SC. The work includes demolition, concrete wet‑well and top replacement, valve vault upgrades, new standby diesel generators, pumps, control panels, extensive electrical improvements, concrete pads, grading, fencing, and related site work. Additive alternate pricing will be obtained for a dual‑auger screen system and 831 linear feet of cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) sewer rehabilitation. • Replace concrete wet wells, tops, and valve vaults for two 500 GPM pump stations • Install new standby diesel generators, pumps, and control panels • Perform electrical, civil, and site improvements (concrete pads, grading, fencing) • Optional dual‑auger screen system and 831 LF of CIPP sewer rehabilitation available as alternates
