Description
This solicitation is a Request for Bid (RFB) for roof repair services at Fire Station 18 (FS‑18) located at 4518 W. Lennox Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90304. The County requires a qualified roofing contractor (C‑39 license or B‑General Building contractor with a C‑39 subcontractor) to perform labor and supply materials for the repair of the roof, following the specifications in Exhibit A. Bidders must attend a mandatory job walk on 23 Sept 2026 (2 PM) and submit a signed waiver. All bids are to be submitted electronically via the County’s Vendor Self‑Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on 1 Oct 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; payment terms are net 30 days (15 days for LSBE‑qualified vendors).
