RFI for BUMED Builder DMLSS/Logicole Readiness Support, Falls Church, VA

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market research to identify 8(a) small businesses that can provide services to support the BUMED Builder DMLSS/Logicole Readiness Support. The contract will require technical resources to support medical facility requirements, including planning, design, construction, and sustainment. The selected contractor will provide program, project, and technical support in areas such as interior design, equipment, communications, and transition. * The contract will support the DMLSS with resources to provide efficient and effective planning, programming, design, and execution of O&M-funded and Military Construction-funded programs. * The contractor will need to have experience in facility management, DMLSS technical support, and life-cycle project oversight. * The contractor will need to have capabilities and expertise in tracking critical information, organizing materials, and facilitating workflow. * The contractor will need to have experience with contracts of this nature and be able to describe their capabilities and expertise.
