Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source contract to Jaeger Medical America, Inc. for maintenance services for Vyaire PFT and spirometry equipment. The contract will cover software management, hardware support, and other services for equipment located at various VA health care systems in VISN 23. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, travel, hardware, parts, and software required to complete the scope of work.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Software management for 88 devices, including preferred direct phone line software support assistance and priority response and resolution for calls
• Hardware support and services for 4 devices, including priority phone and remote support, all service parts, and travel and on-site service support
• Maintenance of SentrySuite and Vmax software applications
• Proactive notification of SentrySuite maintenance package releases and cybersecurity updates
• Customization of reports and predicted values
The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to add new items that fall within the scope of the description.
