26-037 GPU & PCA Replacement at Pensacola International Airport

The City of Pensacola is seeking a contractor to replace existing pre‑conditioned air (PCA) units and ground power units (GPUs) on passenger boarding bridges at Pensacola International Airport. The work includes removing and disposing of 10 existing PCA units and 9 existing GPU units, procuring and installing 15 new PCA units and 14 new GPU units (including 5 additional PCAs and 5 additional GPUs for the owner’s inventory), and modifying the boarding bridges to accommodate the new equipment. The contract will cover all aspects of demolition, disposal, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of the equipment. • Remove and properly dispose of 10 existing PCA units and 9 existing GPU units. • Procure 15 new PCAs (including 5 spare units) and 14 new GPUs (including 5 spare units). • Modify existing passenger boarding bridges to install and integrate the new units, and perform all required testing and commissioning. • Provide documentation, warranties, and training as required by the City.
