The project involves the construction of Hydrant Area C Refueling Facilities, including a new hydrant loop, fuel piping, fuel equipment, and airfield pavement removal and replacement. The project also includes the construction of a pumphouse, truck offloading stations, and truck fill stands, as well as cybersecurity measures and environmental mitigation. The period of performance is expected to be approximately 1035 calendar days.
