Crane Services for USCGC WARREN DEYAMPERT Gun Mount Removal

The United States Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide crane services for the removal of a gun mount from the USCGC WARREN DEYAMPERT. The contractor will be responsible for providing a land-based crane and all associated services to facilitate the removal. The work is expected to be completed within one four-hour block, and the specific start time will be confirmed by the Government COR no later than 24 hours prior. Key requirements include: • Providing a hydraulic mobile crane with sufficient lifting capacity, boom length, and reach to safely lift the specified load • Providing all necessary fuel and lubricants for contractor-provided equipment • Providing all necessary and certified rigging for the load's weight and configuration • Providing all required safety equipment, including outrigger pads, to ensure a stable and secure crane setup on the pier • Providing a crew including a certified and licensed Crane Operator and a qualified Rigger/Signalperson • Maintaining and providing proof of insurance, logs, and certifications upon request
