MRF Paving and Stormwater Improvements

The City of Santa Cruz is inviting bids for the MRF Paving and Stormwater Improvements project. The project consists of construction of a pad for stormwater storage/treatment tanks and a new pipe alignment to divert stormwater to these tanks. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of the project. The project includes demolition, removal, and scarification of the specified location, construction of an asphalt paved pad, and installation of a siphon for the conveyance of stormwater. • The project requires the contractor to provide and pay for all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and labor and material bond. • The contractor must submit a complete bid package, including all required documents and information. • The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
