Description
The State of Oregon, Department of Corrections, is seeking bids for the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility IT Duct Room Modification project. The project involves the modification of the IT duct room at the facility, and the successful bidder will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM (PST) at the facility. Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference in its entirety to be considered responsive. The project estimate is between $25,000 and $50,000, and the project completion dates are ten calendar days from notice to proceed for project start, ninety calendar days from notice to proceed for substantial completion, and one hundred twenty calendar days from notice to proceed for final completion.
