Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking to lease a minimum of 32,531 rentable square feet of space in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The building must be fully accessible and meet all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. The lease will be for up to 10 years. Interested offerors should submit their information, including building name, address, and location, rentable square feet available, expected fully serviced rental rate, and other details. The VA will consider expressions of interest for existing space with buildout.
* The building must be within the delineated area of North: King Boulevard, South: Paseo del Volcan NE, East: Civic Center Cir NE, and West: Unser Boulevard
* The building must comply with the Interagency Security Committee Security Design Criteria for New Federal Office Buildings and Major Modernization Projects
* The VA will pay rent in arrears and requests predetermined rental escalations
* The Government is limited by law to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space
