Rural Value Acceleration Network (RVAN) Vendor

The Nevada Health Authority seeks a qualified vendor to serve as the Rural Value Acceleration Network (RVAN) vendor. The contractor will act as a neutral facilitator to convene a multi‑stakeholder workgroup, develop a unified value‑based care (VBC) model for Nevada’s rural hospitals and providers, align data‑sharing and interoperability requirements, and manage communications and change‑management activities. The effort includes detailed reporting, a final governance and model report, and optional implementation support over a two‑year base term with a possible one‑year extension. • Neutral facilitation and consensus‑building among rural hospitals, Medicaid MCOs, state employee plans, and other payers. • Development of a sustainable VBC model, readiness assessments, and a roadmap to CMS Aligned Network status within 12‑18 months. • Data‑interoperability analysis, stakeholder communication plan, monthly progress reporting, and final RVAN governance deliverables.
