Description
Fayette County, Georgia is seeking quotes for Crane Inspection Services. The selected contractor will be responsible for inspecting all equipment, oil and lube reservoirs, sheaves, drums, wheels, bearings, wire rope, load block, hook, hoists, trolley frames, catwalks, handrails, and other components of the cranes. The inspection will include checking for general conditions, proper lubrication, and any signs of wear or damage. The contractor will also be required to provide recommendations for repair if applicable. The contract period is one year, with two optional one-year renewal terms.
• The contractor must have experience in crane inspection services.
• The contractor must provide a list of three references for current or recent customers.
• The contractor must comply with all terms, conditions, special conditions, specifications, and requirements stated in the request for quote.
• The contractor must provide a pricing sheet with all applicable charges included.
• The contractor must state the time needed to commence work after notice to proceed is issued and the length of time needed to complete the project.
