USPTO Trademarks Word and Image Searching

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking sources and vendors capable of providing a FedRAMP certified Software as a Service (SaaS) AI-driven word and image search tool. The purpose of this Request For Information is to gather information from potential vendors about their ability to meet the requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work. The USPTO is looking for a vendor that can provide a scalable solution that can be integrated with the current trademark search interface. The vendor's solution must comply with Executive Order 13960 and other applicable executive guidance. Some key features of the required solution include: • Providing access, search, and retrieval of information from the USPTO's database of all pending and registered trademarks • Making available an API for the USPTO to integrate the results within the current user interface for trademark search • Complying with Executive Order 13960 and other applicable executive guidance • Being scalable and FedRAMP certified • Providing a solution that can be integrated with the current trademark search interface
