Description

The Department of the Army is seeking a Portable Patient Transport System (PPTS) through a Revised Call for Solutions. The Government intends to award multiple Prototype Other Transaction (OT) Agreements to the offerors whose Solution Briefs are determined to be most advantageous. The details of the project can be found in the attachments, including the Final AOS Statement of Objectives PPTS and the Final Draft Call for Solution PPTS. Key aspects of the project include: • The Government is shifting the Phase 1 requirement from a fixed quantity of thirty (30) prototypes to "up to thirty (30) prototypes." • The final quantity will be determined at the time of award based on available funding. • The Government is not seeking general design recommendations or vendor-specific product enhancements, but rather wants to identify any specific requirements or standards from the previous SOO that acted as absolute barriers to participation.
