SATCOM Modernization

The SATCOM Modernization project aims to modernize the existing SATCOM system in accordance with the Statement of Objectives provided in Attachment 1. The project requires the contractor to comply with the FAR clause 52.222-90, which addresses DEI discrimination by federal contractors. The contractor must agree to not engage in any racially discriminatory DEI activities and provide information and reports as required by the Contracting Officer. The project also involves the incorporation of the updated clause into the contract.
