Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking proposals to supply and install 28 high‑intensity discharge theatre lamps for the Gold Strike Casino theatre. The scope includes providing the specified OSRAM lamp models, delivering them to the casino site, and performing full installation in accordance with theater lighting standards. Bidders must submit a complete bid package via email, include a TERO certification if applicable, and meet bonding, insurance, and tribal‑preference requirements. The contract will be awarded to a qualified vendor after evaluation of compliance, price, and technical capability.
• Supply of 10 × OSRAM HTI 1200 W D7, 6 × OSRAM LOK‑IT HTI 1500 W, and 12 × OSRAM HTI 575 W lamps.
• Installation of all lamps within the Gold Strike Casino theatre, adhering to CNE specifications and safety standards.
• Mandatory submission of TERO certificate (front & back) for tribal‑preference consideration; non‑TERO vendors may still bid.
• Required performance & payment bonds, workers’ compensation, general liability, and automobile insurance; compliance with CNGC licensing and data‑privacy clauses.
