Description
The U.S. Embassy in Lima, Peru is seeking a contractor to perform maintenance and infrastructure improvements at the G8 INL facilities located at the FAP Base–Callao. The work includes renovation of passenger restrooms, second-floor bathrooms, exterior structures, passenger hall, VIP lounge, and logistics offices. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, quality control, safety oversight, and supervision necessary to complete the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.
* Renovation of passenger restrooms, including demolition, plumbing, architecture, woodwork, and electrical installations
* Renovation of second-floor bathrooms, including fixture replacement, ceiling work, plumbing upgrades, and painting
* Exterior staircase work, including surface preparation, painting, and column protection
* Passenger hall improvements, including roofing replacement, ceiling tiles, baseboards, metal structure maintenance, glass door work, painting, and pedestrian walkway fabrication
* VIP lounge comprehensive work, including roofing replacement, bathroom renovations, interior/exterior painting, floor protection, and staircase maintenance
* Baseboard removal and installation in logistics offices
* Site cleanup, equipment/supplies, and supervision
* Professional engineering supervision and certification during construction
* Closeout documentation and deliverables
