County of Northampton Shuttle Service

The County of Northampton is soliciting proposals for a temporary shuttle service to transport jurors and potentially County employees to the Northampton County Government Center from a satellite parking lot. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a shuttle vehicle with a capacity of 20-25 passengers, a professional driver, and all related expenses. The contract period is expected to begin in early July 2026 and last for approximately 16 months. The County is seeking a firm with at least 5 years of experience in conducting efforts of this nature and scope. • The shuttle service will operate between the Northampton County Government Center and a leased parking lot at the Greater Shiloh Church. • The route length is approximately 1.4 miles with a travel time of 5 minutes each way. • The pickup and drop-off point at the Government Center will be at the rotunda entrance. • The pickup and drop-off point at the satellite lot will be at a designated area within the parking lot. • The route may need to be adjusted during winter weather events. • The County will provide a list of anticipated dates that shuttle service is required. • The County will provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if a scheduled shuttle service is no longer required.
